I believe what other peoples mentioned this recruitment agency company before in Australia and UK platform . This recruitment agency really very terrible and their very rude to candidates . Especially their recruitment agent ( what they descripted as professional international talent specialist ???) May Fang , Jessy Yeoh and Sharon . I think they really don't have any jobs experience before and still in secondary school children minds . Below is second times duel with them which start from I accidently applied an account jobs from them . ( Because I dint aware that application was from THEM ) 1. One of their agents call to me suddenly asking me a lot of unnecessary information ( even asking the reasons of resigned of my first company which I quit 10 years ago !!! ) 2. After asking a mountain of questions , she agree to submit my CV to their client . After few hours after I recheck the JD again I found their client looking for 5-6 years Account experiences and I ask her confirm it again was I really qualify to apply this position ??? 3. After that she even dint said any sorry and propose other HR position to me . I just said I OK but I actually dont have any HR background . Then she without mentioned anything to submit my CV . 4. During interview day , she suddenly ask me to wear formal with ties to go to their SUNWAY Office to face to face internal interview before I start interview with their client in Internet interview . After I said no to her because I already feel very tired after I just finished other Internet interview . I call to ask why their company ask why like to do such an unnecessary process to waste candidate's times and one of their female agent yell to me said THIS IS HAYS RULES !!!! YOU MUST COME TO OUR OFFICE TO PRACTICE INTERVIEW BEFORE INTERVIEW WITH OUR CLIENTS !!!!!! Of course , I dint follow what that BITCx asking and I just join the Webs interview after that . 5. I failed that HR position because I really dont have any HR background and cannot answer their client questions during interview . ( Their client asking the HR knowledge questions like the machine gun even I already mentioned 6, 7 times I dont have HR background in first section interview ) 6. After few days , HAYS inform me they decided to blacklist me due to I non qualification to apply jobs again with them and I dint follow their RULES . I ask them why they want to do this to me , they just laughing to me and drop my phone and blocked my WhatApps . Even after I called again to their office phone , they also done the same thing to me again . ***** GOOD LUCKS for other candidates whose applied jobs from HAYS !!!!
