โ โ โ โ โ The tonkatsu is very juicy and taste really nice. The service here is also very nice.
Every menu come in a set which will include radish, miso, rice, cabbage and green tea. Tea is refillable which the waiter will come to serve you. Rice have 2 options which are brown rice and white rice. No additional fee for the selection of rice. Sauces are placed on the table which we can choose what sauce to use for our dish.
This place is highly recommended but it is quite pricey. All set here start from RM30 (for tonkatsu). The portion is very large which i start to get full only after finishing the tonkatsu.

โ โ โ โ โ My first time to try this branch, it has the porky smell unlike the tonkatsu in their branch in Lot10. For people who don't like the porky smell, they may find it stinky. For those who don't, they wouldn't notice.
The staff were very nice and they were actually attentive. They will check the tables to see if you would want a refill of your rice cabbage, soup or drink.
The soup is not just soup, it has bits of mushroom and meat which is hearty for a side dish. It is also hot when served.
Worth it for its price because of its inclusions.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here a few times, the tonkatsu is good indeed..but can improve on customer service section. Labour day was especially a horrible experience here, the wait was over an hour long.. although told me 20-30 mins. Those came later also got in earlier despite our earlier reservation with number. Anyhow, finally got in after the long wait. The waiter didn't serve us menu, have to stand up and walk towards waiter. Raise hand and call waiter for food ordering, also no response, not alert enough. Have to walk towards waiter again to order food. Waited about 15 more minutes before lunch was served. The tonkatsu is yummy, worth the wait but I don't want to wait forever outside ..and then have to wait again after sitting down ...hope they can set 1 hour limit or something for customers who were already there, they should limit customers from just sitting down after meal is done. It's although free flow rice, soup, tea , vege but should have a time limit like in other buffet places. Anyhow, customer service can be improved, don't la make customer wait for menu after sitting down and also wait to order..also serve la customer with a smile during payment. I will still frequent this place... as I love their tonkatsu, I wish for them to improve themselves in future too.

The juicy tonkatsu was delicious. Rice, cabbage, soup and drink can be refillable. But, the table which I chose to sit, there was flies flying over. I think is from the light bulb. Will be back soon to try others menu.

โ โ โ โ โ Hard to chew on the pork katsu and the tea was served a long time after ordered. Rice portion was too much compared to meat served for the katsu curry.
Soup, cabbage and tea are refillable.
Price are RM31 above other than the udon rm20+
Was expecting a good taste for the price paid but disappointed

โ โ โ โ โ Best place for a tonkatsu meal, plenty of choice and service was attentive. Had an enjoyable time there. However we have to queue during peak lunch hour. Expect a 15-30 mins wait during weekend peak hours. Menchi tonkatsu recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ I personally preferred the nigeoroshi sauce over the miso sauce on the tonkatsu. Food was delicious nonetheless.
Things that should be improved on: The restaurant could upgrade their tables to be bigger... The trays carrying the set meals could barely fit the table since there is another tray for the sauces on each table. Also, halfway through our meal, one of the waiters interrupted our meal by suddenly coming over to our table with our bill and asked us to pay there and then. I believe a misunderstanding happened since the manager/lead waiter(?) came over to apologize but anyway, yea, please train your waiters better.

โ โ โ โ โ We like to sit by the glass wall because we like the view of Sunway Lagoon.Very relaxing.Friendly staff.
The food were good. Katsu were crispy and delicious. Pork and Chicken
Katsu curry Don were nice. Japanese Curry were never spicy but tasty. Cabbage,rice,tea and miso soup are free flow/to refill.Customer can choose between steamed or brown rice.
