★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tidak mesra customer. niat nak tolong melayu, tapi layan customer memang mcm tak nak berniaga. rezeki tu datang bila kamu bersyukur. bersyukur lah Allah detikkan hati customer utk singgah kedai kau. tapi layanan buruk incharge buat customer tak kan repeat untuk second time. itu first & last. semoga dapat perbaiki diri di masa hadapan. plus, ikhlas sikit bagi suggestion, upgrade items dalam workshop, ada ke tanya customer nak barang baik atau biasa.. untuk lebih proper explain barang dalam kedai tu dengan lebih lanjut. bajet datang dari customer, kerja kau adalah bagi lebih pencerahan tentang barang kedai.
*fyi, foreman buat kerja dengan bagus. saya tiada masalah dengan foreman. dia melakukan kerja dengan baik.
not customer friendly. Malay intention to please, but the catering customer does not want to do business mcm. That sustenance comes when you are grateful. Thank God, customers' hearts are broken to stop by your store. but bad service incharge for customers will not repeat for the second time. it is first & last. hope to improve yourself in the future. plus, a little sincere for suggestions, upgrade items in the workshop, there to ask customers if they want good or ordinary items .. to more properly explain the items in the store further. The budget comes from the customer, your job is for more enlightenment about store goods.
* fyi, foreman do a good job. I have no problem with foreman. he did a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday (03/11/2020) It was my first time visiting this Hazman Motor TTDI. I am having problem with my motorcycle which having a sound skreaking when riding in slow speed. The mechanics who attended me was very polite and courteous answering my difficulties. He then check it thru and informed me the motorcycle chain is faulty as well as the spockets. He advised me to change it since the bikes is already clocked at 17,000km since I bought it in 2007. Within 15 minutes, I am all done. Thank you for a good job well done. Will come back again.
