★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This incident happened in Bandar Ainsdale, Seremban on 6/6/2020.
I was delivered the food to my customer who is living in the Bandar Ainsdale.
When I arrived at guard house at 8:47pm and the guard who is siting and rudely to shout out" kamu resident ke atau visitor?"
I said" saya nak hantar makanan kepada customer"
Guard " kenapa kamu masuk lorong resident?"
I said " I tak tahu ini lorong resident."
Guard "kamu tak nampak signboard itu ke?"
Be frankly I didn't noticed there is a visitor signboard as the board is too small and this was my first time here.
I admited I was drove to wrong path but the guard's attitude is poor and should be talk politely to everyone.
I hope the management could look into this matter otherwise your company reputation will be jeopardised and ruined by your rude attitude guard.
