Ms Yone provide good audiological services with free take home trial. She is a good audiologist with detailed explanation during counselling session. Indeed this is my second set hearing aids, I got this for spare unit purpose. First set I got it from another company and it was more expensive. When I received this new unit from Yone, I was amazed that I can hear so much clearer now! Hearing loss is painful and complicated, by getting suitable hearing aids can help us to live our lives like normal people. My only regret is I should have come to see Yone earlier.
I highly recommended her services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited HD Hearing Care for an Audio Test, consultant is Yone, she is very professional and patiently go thru the test and explaining what's the results and problem, how to deal with it and all relevant advices in daily life and future monitoring. It was a great enlightening session. Just to share, pls call and make appointment for consultation, they practice strictly for current COVID-19 SOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my mother in for a hearing aid consultation. Miss Vone was very patient in explaining things to my mother and encouraging her. The clinic adheres to SOP, only seeing patients by appointment.
Also, the after-sales service is rather nice. The main disadvantage would be the lack of an allocated parking space in front of the clinic, which would make it difficult to transport senior patients for checkups.
