โ โ โ โ โ Frankly, don't know why they suddenly mushroomed - we actually asked ifvthey are new, but this group has exist quite a while. This Subang Jaya SS14 branchbis very new, just ooened less than a month and they are frantically (as demonstrated by their pharmacist encouraging each customers to sign up) getting new members.
Personally, don't and can't find a niche why we will change pharmacy (currently we are frequent Big Pharmacy). Pricing wise, not competitive.

โ โ โ โ โ Just opened about five months ago. Products were well arranged and displayed without narrow aisles in between shelves. Staff were trained to wish customers when they came in and to attend to their needs. The shop had dual frontage. From one entrance one could see and select the products you want as you walk towards the end to exit.

โ โ โ โ โ Overwhelmed and poor customer assistance. Never to trust their recommendation. I was being questioned by all the staff, I think, after already being assisted. This is still okay. I told one of them I was looking for an anti-itch for mosquito bites and have a common one I used. She recommended an over-the-counter cream claiming it to be better, for rashness and itchiness. The label written psoriasis, anti fungal, dry skin. So I asked her again does the cream also works for mosquito bites and she gave me a firm yes. After 1 day applying the cream, my itchness and redness not only not improving but slightly irritated even more. Wasted Rm18 for a small cream.
