★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 1 day in advanced for 2 person. Used to go to Uptown branch but it was full so thought of giving Arkadia’s branch a chance, it was BAD!
The masseuse (Evon) was not wearing a face mask, doesn’t seems professional and worst part is that she’s been doing the same stroke for 20mins minimum! My mum next to me has already moved on and finished her back and 1 arm. And I thought of just giving some feedback at the end of the session but I couldn’t wait and call it off in the middle of the session at 30mins and asked for a refund.
Definitely not coming back to this branch.
Waste of time!

Massage was a lil weird as usually when i go to any outlet they will spread oil or balm all over my body and massage but this was just three slight dabs. The way they speak to the customers were like as if theh were in a rush and wanted to get thigns done quick. I dont feel welcomed and definitey will not come here ANYMORE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Nice looking environment. Did advanced booking and was called early to inform if they can reschedule to to in house meeting.
Cons: I had a male masseuse, we was so hard that I couldn’t relax. More like torture. The female masseuse kept talking to him most of the time.
Conclusion: It wasn’t worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By looking at the previous review, i strongly agree that this outlet is bad in handling booking. They just cancel my book by calling my old number despite i did mentioned my new number to them upon making the booking. This happen because got a walk in customer came early than my appointment time. My appointment is at 1pm. I reached there at 12.45noon. Especially the male receptionist name Mr Zanni behaved very rude and not admit that is his/their mistake.
Lesson that i have learnt from this is better not to purchase any package because it is useless for future due to difficulties of booking and no body answering the call. Masseur skills is average can find any where in the market. Nothing special for this chain-massage centre.
