The Thai tradition massage is one of the next to me . It is a kind of whole body massage. Highly recommend to all newbie!

Their masseuses are professional as well. Hygienic and proper safety with regard to covid safety. They Wear gloves, mask as well as face shield.
Their men massage therapist are so strong! Very good for men. Would recommend.
Their deep tissue massage was so good!

Overall experience is better than what I expect, had a superb relaxing essential oil massage here. Highly recommended, definitely worth trying. totally value money.

The masseuse is strong and they get the to my muscle aches and points. Highly recommend for everyone. All types of massage have been good so far.

โ โ โ โ โ Love the environment here and staff is friendly. Feeling relax and satisfied especially after a hectic day. Currently they having promo at shopee and Rm55 per hour including holiday. But have to make booking 2 days earlier before you come. Definitely will be back again and introduce more friends come to healthland uptown Damansara.

โ โ โ โ โ Healthland at Uptown Damansara is my favourite branch for a relaxing and calming foot reflexology. I usually come here over the weekend after a hearty breakfast. Their masseur's expert hand soothed my aching muscles and relieved the stress that has accumulated over the work week. Amazing way to end the week! :-)

Heal my shoulder pain and enjoy foot massage with experience masseur. Everytime booking choose uptown branch because it very clean. But need book early because every time call also said full.
