The ambiance is good and spacious. The therapist are very good at their therapy. Very professional and clean spa. Beat place to visit the receptionist gives you a warm welcome and suggest you right therapy and helps in selecting a beat. Will recommend to come❤️

I'm a local and will MOST DEFINITELY put this in my schedule regularly.
Last weekend I had an event and needed a manicure and facial waxing. From the moment I walked in every individual staff member was friendly and professional. The aesthetician took special care in being thorough and the wax was not too hot as I've experienced at other facilities. I was so pleased with my services that day I scheduled a massage for the following day. Oh, I'm so glad I did. The massage therapist was effective in treating my muscles and used perfect pressure. I've already scheduled my next service.....Pedi station, here I come!????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massage was only about half an hour, not 45 mins as mentioned. It was a rush session, tapping all over my body to the point that I didn't know it was a massage. I thought it was a body scrub. Masseur was in t-shirt, jeans and sport shoes. I signed up for couple massage but the room was shared with other couples, with a cloth hanging in the middle. Not a private room. I can hear the man on the next bed laughing loudly throughout the session. It was quite disturbing and wasn't relax at all. The bed was sandy, maybe some leftover scrub by the previous customer. The scrub was done in a rush and the masseur rubbed hard with coarse salt, it was very painful.
Later on we were told that we got a free upgrade to black tea water for jacuzzi. However, during the jacuzzi session, I felt uneasy. The water looked murky with a layer of oil on the surface. I wasn't sure if they changed the water after each customer.
After the sessions, I thought we were the unlucky to have chosen this and will learn to read reviews next time.
However, that night itself, my body felt itchy all over. I got red dots on my body, hands and legs.
I feedback to Chidorri the next day and they just ignore me. They also blamed me for having sensitive skin. Hence, I am putting my review here to caution other customers.
On positive note, the ground floor was beautifully renovated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registration: 3/5 took promotion rm288 couple deal but u need add on for your massage oil and bath water .. we were asked to wait more than 30min my appointment suppose 6pm till 8pm and they still finish at 8pm even start late.
Environment : 3/5 i think need close the section like store could be better to improve .. and massage room no physical door only curtain felt not secure the masseuse can go in out just like that..
Masseuse: 3/5 they did asked is the pressure ok or not..but please improve during massage masseuse go out for a while to check on something then come in again and its like they are in a hurry to complete it.

I celebrated my 28th birthday yesterday and my only wish was to go to a spa and relax, which I truly did! I wanted to be pampered, I didn't want to have to do anything, not lift one finger. My mom blessed me with an Aroma Senses package. I had most of the services done, except the scalp treatment or the eucalyptus steam. The package stated Essential Oils are added to all services, I only know of an essential oil being added to the Aroma Therapy message. This is what made the value poor, I hate when I purchase something and I'm not given what was suppose to be provided within the purchase. It makes me feel cheated and I don't like that at all. What made this finding worse was that this was a gift. However, Jonathan did a great job with the Dead Sea Salt Glow but I got the impression over the phone when I asked about all the services in this package that the Aroma Therapy body polish was the one I was suppose to get..I don't know. I'm sorry in advance if I get the spelling wrong but Shontae did a great job with my Aroma Therapy Massage and she had a sweet spirit about her, very nice! I ended my time with the Hydrotherapy and Sauna Service, which was a time well spent, I definitely recommend it. It was a really nice place, I will definitely be going back. Remember to go over all your services to make sure everyone is on the same page with what you want because once you relax, your mind will be carefree and you will forget!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Uptown branch back in September as we have a promo voucher to spend. Massage is not relaxing. Salt scrub was super rough and painful.
At first we requested for normal plain water Jacuzzi spa as they will charge extra if u wan to get milk, wine, tea, etc spa. Suddenly they told us that our Jacuzzi spa has been auto “upgraded” to black tea spa water. We happily accepted as we thought it was a complimentary courtesy.
When it’s time for the Jacuzzi Spa, we noticed that the water was not warm, and feel slightly oily. Looks like someone has dipped before, but since there was no strong proof, we decided to just continue soaking ourselves in the spa.
True enough, the next day I GOTTEN HORRIBLE URINARY TRACT INFECTION! I should’ve trusted my gut feeling and request the staff to change the water -.-
My infection was so bad that it relapsed and i had to go to 2 different doctor to completely treat the infection ??
Never again come back and pls reconsider if u want to come, or at least be careful. Consequences and the after-math was really not worth it!

All staffs were very friendly and efficient.
I had a massage twice by Wita, which was excellent!
He was very professional and talented.
He checked often if I was comfortable and if the pressure was okay.
After massage, I felt so refreshing and slept very well.
Thank you very much and I look forward to visiting there again!!
