β β β β β Bad service from customer service and the whole healthmetrics itself. Almost among the hospitals in Malaysia not very kindly with this medical card. Tak di suggest kan utk ambil healthmetrics ni dkt company2 di luar sana. Ada 1 tempat tu, hampir semua staff tak dapat nak guna healthmetrics ni sebab panel tak suggest guna healthmetrics, selagi ada medical card lain, gunalah yang lain. Jangan guna healthmetrics. Saya sendiri dah rasa. Sampai2 hospital, hntr anak dkt emergency. Tapi tak boleh guna healthmetrics. Kena pakai duit sendiri. Haram jadah
 Bad service from customer service and the whole healthmetrics itself. Almost among the hospitals in Malaysia not very kindly with this medical card. It is not suggested to take healthmetrics from a company out there. There is one place, almost all staff cannot use healthmetrics because the panel does not suggest using healthmetrics, as long as there is another medical card, use another. Do not use healthmetrics. I've tasted it myself. Up to 2 hospitals, send the child to the emergency room. But you can't use healthmetrics. You have to use your own money. Haram jadah
