★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is terrible. Toilets are really bad, and the place is under maintained. Have used this event space multiple times, and most of the time let down by the service here. Space wise they may be larger than most spaces available in the area. However if possible, find elsewhere to have your event unless you want less for your money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice huge ballroom that's great for events and conventions. Was quite pleasantly surprised when I arrived, at how grand it was. Slight pity that it's at a far away place, which actually pretty much hinders the experience for me. That said, being far away also probably means that the prices of renting it should be lower compared to if you were finding a spot in KL Sentral or KLCC area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my wedding there. Food was great and the ballroom doesn't look that bad.However, everything else was horrible. From the day we signed the contract, everything went downhill. Changed our sales executive 3 times. Had to provide full payment before the wedding day. Service from the waiters were so bad that most of our guests complained. The grand ballroom was complicated to find as well. Too many bad experiences with this place. All in all, not recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended event there. Nice n clean place. Staff are friendly n automatic in serving. Stage is small but alot big screens surroundind whole ballroom. Food not bad. Satisfied. Just location quite hard to find. Is above the mall, not hotel. If u park inside hotel, u.need to cross road n walk into mall take lift to rooftop. Overall not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for a couple of private events and definitely a good place for big events such as wedding, exhibition and etc. They have good sound system and lightings. Only downside about here is the lift which there are only 2 in operation and that particular day they have 2 functions and we waited quite long for the lift. So ended up we have to take the escalator. Still got many areas to improve. But I can see maintenance of the building is degrading. Some parts of the building do need to maintain properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This huge ballroom forms part of the Square @OneCity commercial development has deteriorated badly. It is in poor condition. Weddings and events used to be held there but no longer. The external wall decor with a green concept was something l hardly saw in other ballrooms. What a pity for the state it is in now. Nice view of the surrounding from the outside balcony.
