Horrible service from your side.
When I ask you, then only you are sending the booking ticket & procedure for the health screening.
When I’m at the Hospital, the hospital management telling that there is no appointment on my name. Why is that so???
I paid fully for the package. The hospital accepts me as a walk in patient & I need to get the report on the other day..which means I need to back again.
Are you paying for my petrol & toll fare ?? I need a compensation for it!

I booked an appointment with this company by mistake and asked for my appointment to be cancelled and the payment refunded. They asked for the bank transfer details which I've provided. To date, it's been silence and no money back. They're also not picking up the phone.
