I checked in with Daniel not long ago for my injured shoulder. I have to say he’s a very friendly and knowledgeable person. His approach is very practical as he troubleshoot the root cause of the injury and made me understand the movement of my shoulder better. Since then, with his help, my shoulder issue have been improving quite well. Overall he is definitely a trustworthy physiotherapist out here.

Visited Daniel some time ago to address some issues that I was experiencing in my hips due to strength training in the gym. Daniel provided me with a thorough assessment and was able accurately identify the cause of my pain, subsequently prescribing me a with a set of movements and exercises that I found to be helpful in rectifying the issue. As opposed to simply receiving treatment, Daniel took time to explain the mechanics of the body, helping me understand how my deficiencies in certain muscles were contributing to the pain. This allowed me to be more mindful during training and my day-to-day life, which I found to be most helpful in keeping me pain free. Being a strength athlete himself, Daniel is very knowledgeable in the human body and was able guide me in avoiding injuries while considering the strength exercises that I perform. Furthermore, my mother is currently training with Haikal at Arke fitness, and has seen immense improvements in strength and mobility after only 12 sessions. She is now full of energy and is able to get up from sitting/squatting effortlessly, having not been able to do so without struggling previously. Haikal is very experienced with senior fitness and I would definitely recommend any seniors looking to improve their strength and ability to move better to train with him.

He is a very understanding trainer as he allows me to train at my own pace. He has helped me to gain more control especially in balancing. I am able to strengthened the parts of my body that was weak. I would definitely recommend him to others who wants to train and to ensure better physical health.

Daniel Kam the Man! I was with Daniel since 3 years ago. -Daniel always explain things very clearly to me and helped relieve my pain effectively. -Daniel is highly skilled, his touches are accurate and on point. -Daniel know his stuff inside out, you are in good hands if you are with Daniel. -Daniel is not just a physiotherapist, he is also a certified trainer, walk the talk guy. -Daniel does weight training as well. Side note: -Daniel is a handsome guy. -Daniel is a strong and muscular guy. -Daniel is a hardworking guy, seeing him grow so much in career really moves me. Young and determined! -Daniel became my good friend. Whenever i have pain, i will first text him and he will always try to arrange time to help me out. Dan always save the day! Daniel has a special program call the "hybrid" program, i guess i was the few first to sign up that program. This program aims to help you walk out of your pain and walk back in your training better, stronger and smarter. This program mainly focuses on getting me back to squats from my lower back injury many years ago(due to wrong techniques). He teaches me the mechanics of squats and how to not get injury in future. From having pain in my lower back every morning to squatting by my self in the gym without any guidance and any pain. The verdict: Daniel's approach is not just to relief your pain or symptoms, he also emphasize on getting you up to do the work and become stronger. I think that's what we call prevention better than cure. Cheers Dan! See you around.???

Hi couldn't recommend Arke Fitness highly enough. Even though the gym has only recently opened, I have been training with Haikal for the past 6 months. I'm really happy with the progress that I have made and for his continued support outside of our bi-weekly sessions. I've never been able to stick to a good routine for more than a few months and have struggled to find a PT that I connect with. With Haikal, I have managed to build a solid foundation where I am so much more confident in my own ability and form to work out with proper technique. It is no surprise that I am on target to reach my goals of gaining strength and muscle mass. I'm looking forward to more of our sessions in the new gym with awesome new equipment. Thanks!

I come here for my weekly physiotherapy sessions with Daniel. When I first met him, my session began with a consultation slot where I was asked of my problems. It was from there I found out the root causes of my pain / discomfort. Then on the weekly sessions went by and slowly I understood how my body moves and it's overall movements. Yes the weekly sessions helped but I also needed to do some homework which Dan will require me to do at home as part of the long term solution. Hence, by doing so I learn how to gain control of my body and gain strength as and when I need it. The weekly physiotherapy sessions greatly complement my thrice weekly personal training sessions. If you're looking for a place to get some physiotherapy help, this is the place to go as you'll be in safe hands!

I went to Dan as part of a post-operative rehab for my shoulder as well as issues with hypermobility and imbalances on my other joints that caused pain. During my initial assessment, I was asked several questions about my particular case and what I was expecting from physiotherapy. In addition, my body was assessed to determine where my issues where coming from and whether or not I had weaker side for a particular muscle group; this is very important when you deal with injuries and recovery. Following the initial consult and examination, I was placed on a course that focused on activating various relevant muscles/muscle groups, understanding why and how my issues arose, and how I could re-train my body and focus on strengthening up the proper and safe way. I had weekly follow ups where my progress was monitored and where I gradually incorporated more complex movements and exercises into my routine. Dan's also great at explaining the dynamics of various exercises/movements as opposed to just assigning tasks for you to do and I found this extremely beneficial. This is an excellent place if you're after life long knowledge, wanting your progress monitored and explained, and/or if you just need additional help for your fitness goals. Starting physiotherapy can be daunting and the road to recovery can be frustrating, but I can sincerely say you'll be in very capable hands if you choose this place.

For personal training/physiotherapy facility, it is incredibly spacious and highly equipped. It is led by a team of passionate therapists and trainer, that is really invested with your own growth while keeping you at ease. These are also highly knowledgeable individuals as they do not stop learning and progress to cater better to your possible issues. They have separate areas for physical training and physiotherapy, so you will not feel cramped/intruded when there are multiple client sessions going on. The place is maintained regularly, while the big space and high ceiling makes sure you are comfortable as your session goes on. Equipments for personal training are also sufficient as you can choose from bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and more. Highly recommend for those who are seeking private sessions for physical training, therapy and rehabilitation.
