Bila hantar untuk repair, dah siap tak call customer, dapat semula barang dah calar banyak...baik beli barang second hand, saya beli inno food mixer, baru guna 2 kali tak elok langsung, saya pukul butter yang soft je terus berasap....jangan beli product innofood djangan la datang kedai yang tak tau hormat orang.
Items that I bought new for 2 times continue to be damaged. When it comes to repair, it's not ready to call the customer, it's getting a lot of scratches ... well buy second hand stuff, I bought an inno food mixer, just used 2 times it wasn't good, I hit the soft butter and smoked it .. ... don't buy product innofood because they don't come to stores that don't know people.

The front desk staff was so prompt to respond to all my enquiries. They have in-house maintenance service team for future product defect claim too. Definitely will visit again.
