My dad paid RM10k+ for a pair of hearing aids from Hearing Partners. It worked fine until we upgraded to Astro Ultrabox
He can not hear anything from Astro, simply because the hearing aids adapter can not connect to latest Astro Ultrabox.
My father is 80+, his pass time is Astro, and he blames himself for making a costly purchase.
Other than sending us Youtube DIY videos and saying "this is not our fault", I find Hearing Partners totally UNRELIABLE - They did not tell us upfront, find or provide a workaround.
I hope this incident helps you make a better decision. Good luck.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the centre that really got my late mom into put on her hearing aids despite much objections with many other different hearing centres. She's happily enjoy the staff services here. Especially the kind loving audiologist Grace who attended to her needs. Would very much recommend this centre to all espcially first timer.
