She explained well and tested and was concerned for your ears and the aid. She takes time to explain every step and is more than happy to answer all questions, and was kind to trial the hearing aid in the office. Will definitely recommend Soundlife Hearing PJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and amazing experience. I went in with zero experience to enrich my dad's hearing experience again. Ms. Telaga was very professional and gentle. Explained the processes/steps clearly, and what to expect. My dad got to try out a couple of devices, and Ms. Telaga was patient and accommodating all the way until my dad reached his comfort level. The best part was, we get to take home and try it out first, and tune the experience a couple of times before we settled with the right device and tuned profile, and most important of all, within budget. I'm glad my dad is now able to experience sound and music again. Further note: Excellent equipment, and know-how on how to use the software - very important.

Furthermore their audiologist is quite professional and resourceful in explaining on my case. I am truly satisfied with the session I have with Soundlife Hearing PJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hearing aids are damned expensive, thus extensive research before purchasing your devices is deemed important. Through countless hours of researching via Dr Cliff AUD's (American audiologist) YouTube channel and Hearing Tracker forum (international online community discussing hearing disabilities), I found out that the REM (Real Ear Measurement) is the most important factor when fitting hearing aids.
In 2020, just after the first PKP ended I contacted 8 audiology centres around Klang Valley and to my surprise only Soundlife Hearing make REM tests mandatory for their customers. Furthermore, Soundlife Hearing is also not shy away from revealing the actual cost of the devices on their official website (one of those audiology centres I called refused to tell the price unless I set an appointment with them).
I chose Soundlife Hearing PJ as my audiologist and never regretted this decision. Their service is professional and they listen to you. My advice to first time hearing aids buyers, never give up! You have to wear the hearing aids for more than 8 hours daily for months and keep communicating with your audiologist to find the most comfortable setting for you. Frequent change on hearing aids setting during the first year of wearing them is a normal practice. Keep learning about your hearing condition by exploring the Youtube channel and online forum I mentioned above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am impressed by the service of SoundLife Hearing PJ. The premises are small but clean, and well maintained. The audiologist who attended to me was Miss Mah. She is very professional and explained everything very clearly. She took her time to make sure I understood what she was doing during the testing, explained the results, and during the trial fitting was very careful to explain the trial hearing aids. A very patient and attentive person. I will not hesitate in recommending this company to friends looking for good service in hearing aid products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soundlife offer few brands and a wide range of hearing aids to suit individual requirements and budget. Pricing wise I believe it is reasonable and competitive. To me, the most important is the aftersale service and profession of the audiologist. Excellent service by Ms Mah. She is helpful and knowledgeable on all products. Strongly recommended if you're in the midst of finding a right pair of hearing aids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and the centre is adhere with strict SOP. The audiologist Miss Ho Yan is very professional and patient to explain the details features of hearing aids for my son. Soundlife Hearing centre offer wide range of hearing aids to allow us to try on for few days before decide on the hearing aid model.
Highly recommend for those are looking for hearing aid or hearing test.
