β β β β β Have visited Heart Sanctuary thrice. It's an amazing holistic center with a kind founder and this emanates at the center. What's commendable about the founder, Mrs. Monika, is that she is definitely a person who has found her purpose, path and authentic life's work. A complimentary session for the public on 10th Dec, portrayed that.Β She was in charge, orated her thoughts perfectly and nothing steered her off her path and purpose, whether it be a pseudo intellectual question from the get go, or a juvenile attendee.Β There was absolutely zero downtime in the two hours she was talking , smiling, unperturbed and in control of the entire complimentary session that even went past the time allocated. The core issues she was talking about are no different than what a psychotherapy session delves into. A great service to the community in KL & PJ. Would definitely like to attend a 'fee-for-talk' by Mrs. Monika as opposed to a 'pro bono' public service.Β p.s. I would advise anyone reading these reviews to ignore the few star reviews as no explanations have been given as to why they rated so, thus meriting them worthless and the internet is especially open to divergence of opinions, hence you cannot please everyone.

β β β β β A lovely and soothing space! I attended a sound bath session with Mindy and what a wonderful experience. Mindy utilized a number of different bowls and chimes along with her beautiful voice. I left feeling refreshed and grounded. I absolutely recommend her as a practitioner.
