β β β β β Terrible customer service, went there with the intention of buying the OnePlus 7t , guy at the front was playing mobile legends and was extremely cocky and didn't treat us properly as customers. Terrible salesmen too, not trained on how to deal with customers. Rude. I did not buy from them in the end. Do not recommend.

β β β β β I rate 2 star because of price really cheap. Compare to order dealer.
I went mobile seven last week, they refuse to show actual phone to me.
The fat and tall salesman say :" that phone cannot see, if u want just buy only"
# (Maybe that day i wearing slipper and short pens so he thought I'm just want to windows shopping.)
Finally I bought in mid valley another dealer total 2 phone.
1 redmi 9
1 xiaomi 10
Is total RM 80 more compair to mobile seven
But RM 80 I get friendly service and respect.

β β β β β Customer service handled by an incompetent guy.
Ordered a xiaomi phone on Shopee on 3rd January 2019
Waited for five days without update. So decided to contact the shop.
Immediately they replied asking me if I'm willing to change to other color, implying no stock for the color I ordered.
At this moment, I decided to buy from another seller who promised to ship on the same day.
So I requested for refund and promptly inform seven mobile to accept my refund request.
One and a half hour later I found out they cancelled l my refund request and suddenly told me now got stock and can ship out immediately.
So I called the incompetent guy saying please hold the shipment and refund my order. After several calls he promised he will hold the order and get back to me by 5.30pm.
Fast forward to the next day, they eventually shipped out my parcel and this guy say he can't do anything since it has been shipped out.
This is the case of buyer have to pay for seller irresponsible and I'll manner service.
-No stock but never informed for five days
-after saying want to cancel order, suddenly become got stock again
-promised to cancel order but failed to do so and die die want to ship out the parcel.
Good luck to the business and if the boss is reading this, this is the quality of your staff handling your business.

β β β β β i ask: do the machine aside there customize tempered glass for phone.
the sales guy says yes and straight start selling me about screen protect insu plan.
i took the plan, but i got only the sticker kind screen protector. not tempered glass protector.
i ask: any free gift , phone case?
sales guy: no, but u can buy original brand cases or accessories that are currently display over by the wall there.
but later on i unbox the phone, there is a phone case and screen protector come along with the phone.
either the sales guy doesn't study, understand what is inside the box that he is selling or he just wanna sale me something i already bought.

β β β β β very bad experience... they let me buy the Huawei matepad 10.4.. first they say can get the smart watch as free gift bit they take it back... after that they say i can get the pen for RM99 but it was out of stock and gave me a phone number to contact.. i did for so many time.. and now nothing from them.. what a bad seller tricking their customer. i came all the way from Malacca and that was what i get.. so... very not happy...

Andy was the first person that assisted me with my purchase, and when I realized the phone OS needed to be changed, he helped coordinate so Azlan could do it the next day. Both Andy and Azlan were very helpful, and provided great customer service.

β β β β β My experiences twice. Bought a Galaxy note FE that had been used for a short while when I checked the call time as for a brand new phone must be zero but for that phone it was more than 30 minutes.
Bought another Samsung device that also had been used also its warrant predated the day of purchase.
Wonder what's the reason behind it. They're cheap and their service is alright. Used to be big and busy back in the days wonder what happened to them. Having said all that I've bought more than 5,6 units of phones generally never had any major issues.
