★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love every details of it! Handsome, masculine and comfy sofa. Quite roomy space similar to a single bed if we remove the back rest. Purchasing process was done via WhatApps only (without seeing/ testing the actual product) and Farouq was really helpful. The process went smoothly from booking, payment until delivery process. Definitely will recommend Heesz to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality furniture and stellar service. I first engaged Heesz about a year ago and inquired about their furniture. Since it was MCO period I couldn’t visit their showroom and check out the furniture in person, but they were very accommodating and sent many pictures and videos of the ones I was interested in.
Upon delivery, I found some minor defects in both pieces of furniture I purchased. I only expected to have small parts replaced, but they went above and beyond and arranged to exchange the whole thing for a new one. They made the process as smooth as possible and their logistics team was also easy to work with.
Excellent customer service all around, thank you Jai and especially Farouq, who promptly handled all my concerns and questions. He also checked in before and after my furniture delivered, which was very reassuring.
If you are looking for an Eames lounge chair replica, Heesz makes a very good one. The leather is soft and supple, back rest offers great lumbar support, and the overall build is very solid.
Buying furniture online can be intimidating, but the folks at Heesz made it a very pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
