★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had a bad experience here in Feb 2020, as they charged way too much to wash my laundry. I think it was done on purpose. So be careful, the service is good but I think they do it with other tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with the tokens in one machine, the guys instantly replaced my tokens and washing powder with no hassle and helped me move to another machine.
They have three 8kg washers and 5 dryers in the self service. Also a dispenser for powder and softener. 6 tokens for one warm wash costs 6 RM. 1rm for powder etc. Dispensers take notes, no coins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a laundry shop that you can send in your dirty laundry over the counter to be washed and ironed for a reasonable price. Or you can also do self-laundry too where after washing there are dryers to dry your laundry. The Malay boss is a friendly guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick washing cycle around 23 minutes (1 wash + 1 rinse). Drying around 25 min. Price RM 10 (more if higher washing temperature).
For RM1, you get a big pack of washing powder. Use little only (usually 2 table soups are sufficient if the load is a couple of kilos); otherwise, you got too much foam and a strong smell of detergent after the wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a short trip to KL, I was looking for a cheaper alternative to my hotel’s dry cleaning and laundry services. Hello Laundry was easily accesible. There were 3 self serve washers and 5 self serve dryers. There was an attendant there to assist with operating the machines. Make sure to take bills with you to obtain tokens for the washer/dryer. You can also buy washing powder/softener for a 1 RM. Washing is 6-8 RM depending on the water temperature desired and 1 RM per 6 minutes of dry time. One wash cycle takes about 24 mins. One dry cycle takes about 24 mins on medium setting. (48C).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable self-laundry in the middle of Bukit Bintang. 6RM - 8RM washing and 1RM for 6mins dryer. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They do provide drop-off service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff walked me through everything I needed to do in detail in a friendly and polite manner. The location is really central and the prices are great. Far happier to do my own clothes instead of paying a hotel to do them for me. Machines worked great and everything was done in an hour without a single worry. Will return with more dirty washing.
