★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been under the coaching of Tommy since late January, and have so far lost almost 11 Kilos(Would have lost more if not for me being such a glutton). Since the start of my journey to health and weight loss, Tommy has been really helpful in many ways.
1. He would advise me when I'm feeling the recovering effect.(Rashes, etc)
2. He would also notify me of all events, and recommend based on my preference.
3. He sometimes provide transportation for you too :P
4. Frequent follow up on you.
Overall, I'd say he's a really nice coach. So if you're near Petaling Jaya, don't hesitate to give him a call!
