★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great until I had a nervous ask about spots that I thought appeared after laser treatment( newbie in aesthetic).
I was told to come in for review, which I was told I needed to remove sunscreen to have photo being taken. Go through all these and then was informed that those spot were preexisting, which I think they already knew before asking me to come in. I understand that they had to do this to cover and protect themselves, but a simple explanation with the before pic they took via the text or phone, suggesting to come in if I have
further doubt would have save my time and a trip to there.
Worst part for me is that I forgot to bring my sunscreen and they didn't do sunscreen touch up, so I had to leave without any sun protection.

Doctor Joanne Tay is very helpful, caring and details in every steps of the procedure and she provides the honest opinion to improve your look. She is professional and definitely patient to listen and respond to every single query and reassured me the result will be good. Dr. Alice is good and professional to provide the treatment for my mother. Cat is very responsive and provides me the immediate medication when I required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did their Hydrashine treatment after consultation with Yen Jun and Dr Jian. The results are amazing, my skin is plump and glowing post-treatment. The treatment rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my first facial at this branch. Highly recommended! The consultation done by Dr Joanne Tay was excellent. She did a detailed analysis of my face and I proceeded with the facial. My face became smooth like a baby’s butt! And because it’s my first time here, I got a promo deal! It’s well worth the money and I will definitely repeat my facials here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended?. For my scar problems, I went to Aglow in Damansara Uptown for a free consultation. The various treatment options were well explained based on the skin's condition. I purchased a three-month scar reduction program. My pores, as well as my white and blackheads, were reduced after 2 to 3 sessions. The doctor and the therapist are both pleasant and experienced. Excellent services❤. Definitely will recomende to my friends. Will continue to come here for other services.

I did my consultation with Cat and instantly LOVED her service! Super accommodating and definitely very understanding towards my concerns!

Have previously been to other aesthetic clinics but found that results are lacking due to inexperience and lack of follow through from consultants. Here at Aglow they have a team of experienced consultants and doctors that you can feel assured with to provide you with the best treatments to suit your needs, and follow up to make sure all is going well and you are getting the results intended.
