★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serving another customer at the same time, which made me lying there by doing nothing about 15 minutes. I thought facial is a one to one session? Extraction of black head and pore not clean enough. No fish spa at this outlet. Abit disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why I didnt discover this place sooner. The facial is great, friendly beauty consultants who are always very concern about the customer. I had a facial with Cindy. Great person, really skillful and friendly as well. One great thing about this place is that they don't force you to buy their products (which is annoying and irritating)

They have really friendly and polite staffs there also a good environment ? Tea is even provided to my bf that does not do facial, I'm totally surprised about that.
However, I'm confused when the massage service is not provided for the student package. It was because the massage service is provided for student package as well at another Herbaline branch. The staffs explained to me that their branch do not provide massage service to students but they were surprised that other branches do provide it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an advanced appointment to have the facial and it was easy to get to the salon.
I had the Face lifting and glowing skin treatment for RM82.50 that lasted about 75 minutes. The amount was given to me after a reduction of 50%.
After registration, as I am a first timer here, I was offered a cup of hot tea and then taken to the room to change and prepare for the facial.
Before that I was taken to a feet-washing station that is so comfortable and functional. My feet was soaked into a salted water in the basin and then rinsed off. This is a fantastic idea as all customers would have clean feet as we mounted up the treatment bed, ensuring a win-win situation for both customers and salon. Our feet is cleansed and the bed is not soiled with smelly feet.
I enjoyed the facial thoroughly, and the head and shoulder massage that comes with it.
Once done, I was again offered a hot ginger tea, while having a conversation with the beauty consultant named Sandy. I was hoping that she would give me more advice, though.
But I hope to make a regular visits to this salon as it was comfortable and pleasant, and hoping to have a translucent skin in the process.

According to my niece their price was reasonable and their service was excellent. The ambience of the place was soothing and gives one a warm welcome. Worth walking in for a try. Tq...?
