โ โ โ โ โ Normal grooming services is fine,charges at market price but the service need to improve as in the attitude also probably the grooming service arrangement as every time I sent my pet there they always informed me will take hours and have no choice to leave my pet there for 4-5 hours without food and drink

โ โ โ โ โ My beloved Shih Tzu dog is not the easiest client to please since he's skittish around strangers, but thanks to James and Chloe vast experience in grooming and canine knowledge I am not disappointed with the final result.
Thank you James for your professionalism and products knowledge, and thank you very much Chloe for making Damon such a lovely adorable furykid.
I will be making 'Puppy Paws Grooming House' as Damon's regular groomers and food supplier from now on, I highly recommend this establishment to future dog lover who wanted the best for their four legged family members.
Thank you again to everyone's that have made my visit a pleasant and memorable journey.

โ โ โ โ โ called two times try to make an appointment for grooming, but each time the person hang up my call (it was picked up for 3s after i keep saying "hello" but the person straight hang up)
if u are busy unable to speak it's ok don't pick up the call, so rude. Saw other reviews complaining the same issue as well.
