โ โ โ โ โ The hot bed is a must for you to try before getting their other treatment.They used the same technology as Japan and it is my personal favourite.It will help you with detoxification, improve blood circulation and release any tension on your muscles.
Their service depending on who you meet, some great(you can feel their honest sincerity),while some are just average, but rest assure all of them will follow strict SOPs to ensure your safety and they will follow the same hospitality guideline from Herbaline so no doubt, it will remain great.
Goji berry tea will be served upon your arrival, water will be provided before entering the hot bed, another cold drink after you finish your 40 mins hot bed and lemongrass tea upon completion of your treatment(massage/facial/etc)
They will provide 2x herbal steam pot for you to inhale before and after the treatment(love it).
Big gratitude to May who attended to us in the beginning and arranging all of our treatments before she leave, as well as to the nice lady(iโm sorry I didnโt get your name) who help to provide an excellent massage.So kind,patience and attentive.
Do not forget to make reservation in advance, as they are usually fully booked even on weekdays.
Highly recommended and love.

โ โ โ โ โ Checked in to this horrible hotel on 30th Dec, however the moment i stepped in the hotel i already felt the 'negative aura', no smiling and no greetings from the front desk girl, she even answered you with her mobile phone in her hand so unprofessional! The room was dusty and not being proper clean up, i would gv negative rating to this horrible hotel. I requested for a call back from the Hotel Manager - Lawrence however there's no call back at all!!

RM50 for additional blanket (which not stated in Agoda website for King size duplex room type), the answered given by the front office lady was: Agoda is third party platform, it is beyond our control however you still need to pay for RM50 if you want extra blanket!

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad facial. The therapist has no idea what extraction means and I believe this is due to their training. They extract too deep into the skin using the needle and have left holes on my skin. Like potholes on the road. if a whitehead or blackhead needs that much pushing out, you shouldn't go that deep, you need to just let it be and treat with chemical exfoliation and then try to extract after a few weeks. Since the facial my face has been breaking out too... Probably due to the therapist using the same needle from one pimple/whitehead to another... All across the face without sterilising or even wiping it off first. Do not go for facial to herbal line.
