I’ve tried calling to make an appointment several times, but every time after one or two ringing tones, my calls were cut off, as though a child is playing with the phone. Please fix it or answer the phone properly. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herbaline facial has declined in quality recently.
I booked for a massage and a facial. Masseuer was good, attentive to my needs and satisfactory. For facial I got a beautician who complained I have lots of whiteheads and went to attack my face as if its a warzone. She then promoted milia seed removal for up to RM150. When I refused, she slapped on a sheet mask and left me lying alone on the treatment room for more than 45 minutes. No neck and head massage was given, like previously. Highly dissappointed that I paid for 90 minutes of facial, I was left alone for 45 minutes. Not worth the RM100++ that I paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular customer, went to many branches at Kl. Until I moved to Kuantan. Big different is, the staffs in Kuantan lack of considerate sense like minimize the volume. There is no sound insulation for all branches, so customers are required to silent the phone, this point I strongly agree. I can understand the staffs need to PR with customers so conversation is needed, but good ambience with high volume until the next room's customer also can listen to their private conversation which is quite annoying. I would suggest Herbaline should provide earplug to customer if staffs can not prevent the noise. Facial time suppose to be enjoy and relax, but I can not really enjoy the environment with too much noise. This is my second time complaint the same problem, hope to see some improvement for my next visit. Overall the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, their complimentary drink today contaminated with lizard, always check before you drink, it might affect your health. I don't have a picture as it's not allowed here. I guess I should take my phone with me next time, just in case something like this happens again. Staff have shown a careless attitude at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously nice experience....first time i am having spa time...really worth the money i spend....very happy and relaxed.....release stress from my studies....really like the fish spa....actually tat wat i want....but its complimentary....so i take massage...i got fish spa free...really love the experience with fish ....the sis tat massage me was so nice and humble...If i would spend rm 98 again....i will for sure...loved the massage....calm place with nice background music...feel really really relaxed....will bring my mom when she comes kuantan....so she will experience also....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoyed having my facials done here. Mum loved the body massage. There are complimentary fish reflexology treatment and herbal drinks too. Service is excellent. For customers above 50 years old, facials above RM100 is given a discount of 50%.
