★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facial packages are affordable and the service is really good. However, the staff who receive our payment can be kinda sarcastic if don't purchase their product. This is only downside of the service. I hope, they don't do that. It can be disturbing sometimes the way they reply if we decline to purchase product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is ample parking space at the area as HerbaLine is situated in a secluded area of Puchong. As I enter the place, it is full of greenery and beautifully decorated, giving the place a welcoming effect. The spa is clean and well-maintained.
I arrived at 10 am and the place is already open, eventhough the website state it's opening time is 10,30am. But according to the beautician, it is open early as they have a lot of customers on Saturday.
I took the anti-aging treatment at RM149 for 1.5hrs. The place is huge as I was taken to the upstairs area for treatment. The face massage was okay and so is the back massage. In this Covid-19 era, the beautician had gloves on for all treatment done.
I don't like it as they kept pushing products and so-called better and more expensive treatment, eventhough the company's policy is "pay per treatment of choice".
But I had a relaxing time here, but would not repeat visit here. I would definitely repeat my visit to the Seri Kembangan outlet as they are more friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience was good but second wasn't. Extraction wasn't done properly had to do it by myself when I was back home. And too much upselling which started from beginning and eventually it made me really uncomfortable. Briefly she tried to sell mask, toner, cream, gel, muscle relax cream, neck therapy and body massage etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is very clean and feels comfortable. Came for the accupressure massage recently (75 mins for RM 98) and the service from Herbaline is great. My body feels relaxed and I slept very easily that night. At the end of the session, they did try to promote some products but there is no hard-selling at all, which to me is definitely a plus point. Will definitely come again because of this!
