โ โ โ โ โ Great experience ! I did my facial there with my husband and it was worth the value. I did my skin tag removal too. They are so nice and especially very careful to my husband because he doesn't really like facial due to his previous experience. But after the facial, my husband agree to come along with me again.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there 2 times because it is very cheap for students, only RM55. Service is good, but low quality. Based on the 2 times experiences, every time after doing facial will have pimples pop out because it was not fully clean. The first time I did with my friends, there are 4 of us and everyone of us had same problem, so we went back to touch-up, after that I tried to check it myself, and it still not clean. The second times I went there myself, different people served me and same problem occur. Itโs a really bad experience with them. Not going back anymore.
Other than that, they promoted me the moisturizer gel cream, this quality is really good, really moisturized my skin but because iโm still a student (itโs not cheap) so I asked her how long can it last. And she told me โat least can use for 2 months if you use only 2 drops every-timesโ. AND, The cream last for only 1 month, I used 2 drops every-times applying it.
I mean it is my fault of not checking the size, but why do you have to lie???

โ โ โ โ โ Got a deep cleansing facial treatment here & I absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly & the ambiance was lovely. The lady who did my treatment was very gentle on my face & I loved it when she massages my face, neck & shoulders. I even fell asleep! Skin is feeling smooth & looking great. They did try to push us to buy their products but we politely declined. Would definitely come here again!

โ โ โ โ โ Pretty good experience compared to my experience is other branches. I had my face done by angel and she was painless and quick ! Her extraction was quick and dint really leave much marks on my forehead and also she was very careful with my pimples, and Told me if any extraction caused an inflammation within 3 days, I can come back free of charge to get them removed ! Bear in mind there is no more fish spa due to the new sop for MCO but only the foot soak, all facials are only 1 hour now.

โ โ โ โ โ They use lemongrass oil in the centre as aromatherapy to give clients relaxing, soothing feeling upon stepping into the main entrance of their centre. Staffs are friendly, the don't force us on buying their products. Started with a consultation on current skin condition, followed by sea salt foot bath, continued with the facial cleansing and mask. Special offers on your birthday!

โ โ โ โ โ Ive been to 4different branches of Herbaline for facial services yet this is the most unforgettable and awful experience.
Went there on last Sunday and being treated nonchalantly with the tone and actions by the beautician that did the facial service. Ive tried to initate the conversation to ask bout my skin condition, yet she act very nonchalantly, do not want to talk much&refused to provide further explanation.i was very humble and polite along the way. As an example: i was asking on hows my skin condition and she replied; a lot of blackheads and whiteheads. I continued by asking and request for a mirror; she said the whole face and look at me. I also politely request her to extract as deep down as possible as my skin grows dirt easily. She replied me with; En! The whole experience makes me felt like as if i am not only not being welcomed but kena boycott at the same time.
Ok fine.
Comes to the last part; whereby its time for the payment. The girl with the named of Lena, which I am not sure if its the same person with the one that did the facial service (as she was wearing spec during the service), she was asking if I wanted to buy the toner product since i have Rm30Points in my account. No further explanantion on my skin conditions or being persuade to purchase the products due to whichever skin conditions. Once she sat down, she literally just asked if I wanted to buy the product. I rejected her in a very polite way. She said: OK!
To continue,she grabbed my card and put it on the next table that my husband was sitting in an extremely nonchalant way and walked away, the face was not even looking at the next table and me. I seriously felt offended and no sense of Hospitality. I think its extremely rude as if I cannot afford your products or if i do not tend to purchase your products, there you go your true colours? I definitely cannot feel the hospitality and understand the way you behave. Thanks
