★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been here before, I am actually reading ratings and reviews online before deciding to go. I gave 2 stars because I whatsapped the customer service of this outlet a few days ago, and until now he/she didn't even reply me but seen my message. The attitude did not show any passion to answer my questions. So I sent a message in messenger to Herbaline few days ago also, they did not reply me as well but ironically, it stated Herbaline typically replies within one day. They should improve their customer service online since one might not be convenient to talk over the phone. In facial treatment, the first priority that customers want is the beauticians' tenchinal skills; #2 is the customer service. Without any of this two, the brand is deemed to deteriorate and fail, slowly but surely. :) I will call them and book an appointment and try their student promotional treatment. After that, I will edit this comment and tell everyone about my opinion. However, I do not hold positivity in this. Reading the reviews here makes me anticipate the occurrence of negative scenarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the whole idea of natural products, tailored for sensitive and acne skin is indeed attractive for acne prone skin and sensitive skin like me. The high-rating reviews on google here does not reflect what the real treatment received in the Centre. The whole process was rush, brief, insincere, rough. None of the process during the facial treatment did I really enjoy, the beautician treated my face like a ‘rock’ rather than a delicate ‘tofu’. It was harsh, and worse off, the application of masks I could have done it more ‘premium’ at home than receiving the mask treatment here. The beautician just slapped the mask on my face, and walked off; and came in within minutes to remove it and just simply massage the excess essence throughout my face and eye... and even worse, she just simply slapped the moisturizer on my face and called it a done work. Nope.. not again. The massage is very simply and I can’t feel the sincerity in wanting to massage me to make me feel good. With this price, go for a more trustworthy premium salon. Perhaps, the Centre need to hire a more experienced or someone who are passionate about solving the customer’s skin problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their products are not for sensitive skin. Have told the beautician during registration that I have a very sensitive skin, even written in the registration form. In the end, the product used still not suitable, did not fully utilize one of the mask due to sensitive. Went here because of the review mention beautician not hard sell, but for me the beautician is quite hard sell, their package for removing 油粒 + products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been sticking with this branch since 2015. Throughout the years, their service has been deteriorating. There is no quality in the service at all. Beautician wise, never really cleanse the face properly. My skin still feel like usual and rough after facial which supposedly to feel glow and smooth after facial.
Customer service and beautician became worse every year. They prioritize more on promoting their items and make you purchase their merchandise. I don't feel the sincerity and quality in service at this branch anymore.
Won't come to visit this branch anymore. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my facial, thank you very much. I am looking for more natural products and thought a facial would be a good way of testing the products. They left my face feeling soothed and comfortable.
The beautician was friendly and knowledgeable, and knew when to chat, and when to relax and let me enjoy my treatment. I enjoyed being told what was being applied to my face during the facial, as it gave me an idea of what products I'd like to purchase.
I'll be back for sure.

There are many new faces after MCO and those good were not seen anymore. The reception (I believe she’s the eldest in this branch) was quite hard selling and I really don’t like that, just let the customers voice out our concerns and introduce the products will do, yea?
Asides, can’t really remember the beautician’s name that has done my facial for the last two times but she was really gentle and professional. Most importantly - not chitty chatty during the process.
However, my partner was not so lucky, he claimed his beautician was quite rough during extraction and should be more attentive instead.
