Got problem didn’t settle down
Only replace 10pcs to close case
They Buyer no money to buy 10pcs ?
What we need is service & take care the problem . The problem regarding what .
Not only pay 10pcs then settle it .

We donno , they didn’t find out
Just said 100% worker problem.
Worker told us he work 20year not he problem ...then maybe is Buyer problem .
Sing mee Ceramic can wash it ..water also can’t it .

Atmosphere and selection are good too. Perhaps improvement for interior lighting (6k white light instead of 2700k yellowish light) will aid picking the right tiles.
