โ โ โ โ โ Unprofessional - the front desk beautician kept pushing me for the peeling facial even after I have repeatedly emphasized that I have very sensitive skin. The junior beautician who did my facial was kind enough to change another facial for me after observing my skin condition which obviously cant withstand the peel. Never had a bad experience with Herbaline until this. While I am sure that the peeling facial has certain benefits , it's obviously not suitable for everyone (esp those with really sensitive skin). Beauticians SHALL NOT risk customers' skin to meet certain targets (if any) and should be trained to recommend the right facial to customers.

Most of the time was good. only several time certain staff tend to push and convince to do certain treatment which i understand its their job to do so but no hard sale.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my first time experience in herbaline..to be very frank the service superb???...I feel fully satisfied with everything,their service,the way they handle customers,the way talk all really good..and my acne facial treatment was superb satisfied ..my skin too smooth...after some years I felt my skin too smooth n shine !!???..thank you herbalineโค๏ธ?
