★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Indian lady which is a barber in Heritage saloon is so rude with her words. She didn't cut hair well and didn't follow the claim of customer. Please pay attention to this barber. I hope this will never happening again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with the poor service. Staff was unhappy when I requested to do a re-wash as my hair was still sticky after the first wash but i was told that ill be charged if its rewashed. When staff does not wash properly how is it fair that the customer is charged again?
