★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't now open the shop on time.. Always delay. Make sure you go after 3 or 2 hour late.. They won't open at 11am open at 1pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has significantly drop in the recent years. The girls do not do a good job. When corrected they would say that “the hair is too short to wax off” when infact you can personally see that it isnt. and when you insist, she would do and it comes off and point it at something else. On top of that, after waxing there is a reason why must wipe down the leg with a wet cloth or something, simply because it is WAX and its sticky. Instead. She just applies on aloe vera gel & there you are off to run your day with your sticky legs? I stopped doing threading here because its so inconsistent. I remembered once they messed it up so bad I had uneven eyebrows for a month. The previous girls provided much better service and at least they use to apply pressure before pulling, now you are at their mercy. Please consider other places unless you want to be dissapointed. I dont usually give bad reviews, but Ive never felt so sticky in my entire life. Perhaps 3/4 years ago they deserved the 5 stars, however now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a terrible experience ever.. years ago it was the best service in the town.. but now they actually don’t follow ur requirements or your request.. there is a new girl who badly thread my eyebrows.. worst than pencil drawing.. she didn’t even say sorry for her bad attitude.. she was totally rough and harsh on me.. very disappointed with Rosie.. I prefer not to gv a single star..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always had problems is finding a centre that can do my brows well. Once my colleague introduce me to this place and ever seens then I am a loyal customer. Each time I am here I am always greeted with a smile from the staffs. Very friendly staffs and they make me feel comfortable, specially Ms Rozy. I have also recommended my cousin to this centre and she too loves it and wouldn't stop praising about Rozy's work to me. Ms Rozy is always gentle on my skin and checks on me every time to make sure I am feeling alright when she is doing my facial. Her attention to details is why I will keep coming back for the Tulasi facial. ???

U hv to understand, if they buzy they cant control mood al the time for treat custommer. Some More i know Rosie very well, when she treat to me.. & Minal also . I know this places around 11 years.. U can speak nicely to them if u want to do different treatment.. im really enjoy it & satisfied with their services..
