★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to hero bakery today..Hoping we could have some decent coffee time but instead found my self an annoying time with their counter staff. Harap hero boleh take action dengan bakery counter staff..Tak sesuai sgt duduk kat customer service .. wont repeat here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mello Yello Bakery Bukit Jelutong is my favorite place for a quick bite. Despite their tasty bread, I enjoyed their cozy environment. However, on 16th January 2022 evening, (7:09PM) I had an unpleasant experience with one of their staff. Apart from her unfriendly greeting, she kept using informal and disrespectful tone throughout my foods selection.
I asked for Coke Light from their menu book. She responded by saying "Tak ada". Tried my luck by asking for a Coke Zero although not on the menu. She sarcastically responded by saying "Coke Zero dekat Hero ada la" (Referring to Market beside their cafe) and snickered. I was offended. Instead of being politely told me they don't have that, she chose to answer me unprofessionally. I continued with my foods selection and after adding one of their cake to my order, she once again disrespectfully said "ada lagi ke" with an annoying tone as if she was too lazy to take my order even though I was the only customer at the moment.
I hope she will rethink her actions and willing to change her behavior or maybe a suggestion she better swaps her job in customer service field since her tone and behavior doesn't match her job scope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another alternative for groceries shopping in Bukit Jelutong. Plenty of parking. Choices of groceries and fresh groceries are abundant. Not really cheap though. Be selective. There's a bakery when u enter the supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hero market always have all that you needed for groceries. A middle-market price store. Price of produce are competitive. If you are looking for Fresh fruits, then it's not the place. The heromarket located at Radia BJ, wasn't really well kept. The store air-con, smells fishy. Room for improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second online purchase (ordered through GrabMart). The first time I only buy the buns (Hero buns sedapp. Their snowy doughnuts are fluffy. But options in GrabMart are limited). Second time, majority of the items were vegetables. Puas hati sebab semua sayur fresh ? The 4 pcs long plain bun was almost due though, dah sedikit keras. I tried the menu from Mello Yello too, I picked Smoked Salmon with Sourdough Bread. Generous fillings and definitely can make you kenyang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 3 stars because the supermarket could be improved in terms of smell and hygiene. The items here are good, and prices are competitive.
Their bakery, Mello Yello, serves decent food and coffee, but their counter staff is terrible. Very rude and service with a smile is definitely out the window. Judging by the reviews here, seems I am not the only one who had this impression. Luckily the bakery's ambience is nice so I am willing to endure this unpleasant encounter while placing my orders and enjoy the rest of my stay there.
Small suggestion for the management, can consider to add WiFi to this bakery. I have frequented this outlet a few times to do my work and see others that do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to buy household items and groceries. Would help if the placeca bit cleaner and smells better at entrance.
They have variety of vegetables, prawns were fresh and fruits were plenty to choose as well. My online purchases from HERO market had been satisfactory wrt quality - mainly vegetables. Parking can be tough to find during peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi HeroMarket owner, please put some enforcement to the people at queue. I always see that people cut queue or they leave their trolley at the queue for too long (2min+) leaving a gap at the queue. Please do some enforcement to make sure all buyer never leave their queue using trolley, get stuff that you want to buy and then queue. I go there 2 times a week and there are always at least 1 people did this. If there are people who cut queue, please tell him/her to go back to the queue. Other than that this is a good place to buy groceries. Thank you.
