★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm satisfied with the items offered there. The store itself is also clean and big, making it ideal for grocery shopping. However, one aspect of Jaya Grocer that irked me was their "staff." I'm not sure why, but some of them are RUDE. Laughing sarcastically at me and my sister after we sought for her assistance by inquiring whether the store had any sesame seed oil. And staring at us as though we were beggars up and down. We can't find it, so we approach the closest personnel for assistance right away, and that’s the treatment we get? Isn't it their responsibility to assist us? Is it necessary to be sarcastic with the customer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with lots of products. Some items can be purchased in bulk but the area is kind of unorganised and a bit dark than the main store. You can find almost everything in the main area. Wide aisles compared to most other supermarkets. Nice new-ish section with lots of baking products and ingredients. Good SOP at entrance. Parking is alright as most people visit the grocery store and don’t spend that much time in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainly people come here for the supermarket to buy items, usually I come here for imported items that can't be found at other supermarkets. If you want pastry, breads or baked goods, can get here as well. Added recently area for baking ingredients and utensils.Also can get non-halal item at another separate section to get pork, alcoholic beverages like wine & canned meat. There is a restaurant here called Lam's Kitchen. Lots of free parking spaces too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaya Grocer is a slightly "up-scale" neighborhood grocer so the prices are as expected. Super convenient place for me to get just about everything I need. Only minor issue I have is the bulk item area can get pretty messy and hard to navigate but most times I don't even go back there. Wish they'll restock on some imported goods like the sriracha sauce with the chicken logo.

Without us having to ask, the staff hepled us pack into individual packs and even assisted us in loading the things into our cars. So sorry we didn't get all your names but a big Thank You to all of you from the bottom of our hearts! ???
