★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28/8/2021 11AM. Had the worst customer service encounter with this lady at the weighing station. There were clearly no clear indication on where the queue is supposed to go so my mum had happened to stand at the “wrong queue”. She rudely told my mum off and told her she should get behind. My mum went to the stand at the “correct queue” and when it was finally her turn, this lady started giving my mum attitude and started mumbling a bunch of god-knows-what profanities. This is totally unacceptable. If she’s having a bad day, she should not lash out on innocent customers. Dear Management of Hero Hypermarket, please take immediate action and educate your staff on proper customer service, or should I say, basic manners? Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience out of all grocer I went to. I'm a loyal but unfortunately today I encounter our worse checkout experience. Dated 2april2022, around 6.16pm, the staff at the checkout counter 4 wasn't helpful at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with the product !! I used to go this mart almost 3years . But today went I bought the egg I found out there are womb inside the egg which date 17/5/2022. Please check with your seller about this product before anyone get food poisoning. I inform this to the staff but they didn’t bother much . Maybe need to highlight this to social media to get attention and stop this product from the company .
