★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visited Dr Khor clinic for more than 9 years, he is our family doctor, if you was wondering why so long queue, and there must be a reason. Dr Khor very detailed, responsible and always care about his patients. My husband is fussy person, but he do trust on Dr Khor, always listen to his advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time & online booking punctuality need to be improved, i'm waiting more than 2 hours already and still didn't see a doctor.
Maybe i will try to understand if clinic got long queue of people but from what i can see only got 6 patients ahead of me from the system, please be considerate to walk-in patients too..very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to get a quick PCR test and this is the nearest clinic available, understand the waiting time will be long however nurses do call when it’s your turn. Clinic called at 111pm reached at 125pm waited until 230pm to get to see dr. Was being told it was a contact-less PCR test which the nurse will explain the process. And when the nurse explaining, she opened up the specimen container and show how to take saliva and seal and how to put it back into the zip lock bag and place it in the ice box. My concern is the SOP. During the pandemic we are advise the lesser expose the lesser risk, 1stly I have been waiting long enough in the clinic, 2ndly I have been told that I need to take my own saliva sample OUTSIDE of the clinic, and that I cannot re enter the clinic after I retrieve my saliva. Luckily I have brought my own sanitizing wipes etc, cuz there IS NOTHING EXCEPT A BENCH outside. Imagine if im a Covid +ve patient, I ll expose to everyone outside of the clinic corridor. ( as I been told i need to put my saliva into the container) hence with the inappropriate setting ( clinic corridor) and Insufficient tools ( just a bench no sanitizer etc nothing ) has probably concluded a not so pleasant experience for me. Go for drive thru swab test peeps.. even if that’s farer cuz it ll be much less hassle, FASTER & FEEL A LOT SAFER comparing to retrieve your saliva in the corridor and do everything by yourself.. in the corridor in front of the clinic too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come early to the clinic around 10am. But the staff said, i have to wait since they have 37 patients ahead before me. Then they will call me once my turn. I registered at 10 am and get call at 1.50pm ? And the staff asked me to come back at 5pm ? How come ? I have to wait very long time. So dissapointed. Even the doctors are very good, i will not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive and pragmatic Doctor who cares for his patient. He would ask relevant questions trying to screen through probable underlying issues and not purely based on the symptoms exhibited, and takes time to analyse the causes and care to share info with me. He could have just chosen not to do so and to treat patients hastily and with such there is no long waiting period (and earn more!). I am grateful that after so many years of visiting him he is still the same enthusiastic Doctor who gave no compromise on this. Thank you Dr.Koh and keep this going !
Do call the clinic in advance to book for an appointment, the waiting queue for walk-in as I observe is usually long and this is completely comprehensible for the reasons described above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DR KOH, is the most attentive and patient doctor I have ever met. As a patient, I give him 100% trust. It is inevitable that I have more questions to ask everytime when I meet him and he is always willing to answer all my questions.In another way, I am always willing to wait patiently for my turn for consultation. It is always worth to wait and make appointment with a good and virtuous doctor. Thank you,DR KOH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly scheduling and appointment system. Even with appointment, waiting time after your appointment averages 45-90 mins. Front staff is rude as well.
No doubt Dr. Koh is a good doctor and has helped me. But still does not give you the right to treat your patients like that. What is the point of a scheduling and appointment system if patients are still expected to wait more than an hour after appointment time every visit. (I have a condition that requires a monthly check) We have other commitments too. I don’t mind if you tell me you are busy and come back later but asking me just to sit and wait for so long despite making an appointment is too much. As such an experienced doctor and operating for so many years, the scheduling and appointment system could be done better.
Am very disappointed with the experience.

No Dr. Koh. It’s not the way you practice or help patients that’s the issue. The issue is your appointment and scheduling system. If the expectation is already 30-45 minutes per patient. The scheduling and appointment system should follow reflect this. As I said, it’s okay for me to reschedule / come back when there’s a slot. But not wait aimlessly and hope that my name will be called. One of my first few visits I’ve had to wait close to 2 hours which didn’t make sense to me. If 1 patient takes 30-45 mins. Your scheduling system should reflect this. This is what I’m disappointed about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Koh is the best doctor I have ever met !!! He would spend time asking questions and listening to his patients, trying to figure out patients’ concern and underlying issues. He would give thorough explanation and good advice to his patients as well. He is such a responsible and compassionate doctor who really cares for his patients!!! Although some commented on his long waiting hours, but it’s totally worth waiting !!! He never choose to compromise the quality of care he wishes to give to his patient despite he might get complaints for the long waiting hour. He still choose to treat every of his patient with care, passion and patience.
Thumbs up to such an enthusiastic doctor !!!
