โ โ โ โ โ The clay pot chicken and roasted pork belly tasted good. But I was surprised by the pricing, higher than the average price for clay pot rice, so do check the menu before coming over.

โ โ โ โ โ Food taste is good. Rice was cooked balanced with charcoal burning from top but texture wise not my personal preference. Can call/ WhatsApp in advance for earlier prep and booking to reduce your waiting time, reply was quite responsive and helpful. Overall Dine-In service level is good.

โ โ โ โ โ Charcoal cooked claypot chicken rice nearby connaught cheras, this is one of their branch though. This place is air conditioned.
I like their original chicken one instead of pork belly. Please call for order first to avoid long wait.

โ โ โ โ โ Even thought the price is slightly higher then normal price but the portion is actually very generous. We order 2 small pot of chicken rice (RM15.50) for both my parents, me and my sister and we could barely finished. Everything is season perfectly. Employees are super friendly. Would definitely revisit again very soon.

โ โ โ โ โ If you would fancy to savour topnotch authentic claypot chicken rice and some fireworks, yes fireworks, you need to visit this Heun Kee branch at Taman Connaught (Cheras) immediately! They are quite unique on cooking their version of claypot rice not just with charcoal fire from stove but also from top of the claypot with a special steel-plate lid filled with really hot charcoal in order to cook the rice more evenly for the serving! And if you are lucky enough, you would witness the sparkling firework coming out of the stoves while the chef is busying preparing the food for you! They also have other offerings such as porky-stomach pepper soup, waxed meat claypot rice variance,โฆ etc of which are of topnotch quality! Highly recommended if you are living or visiting this part of the town!

โ โ โ โ โ Tried their claypot chicken rice.Honestly it was a bad experience. The claypot chicken rice had very minimum flavours to it. And no char flavour at all. The vege didn't have any salt to it. Only thing that was good is their house special seafood beancurd. Nope not coming back here again. Hawker stall claypot chicken rice is much better than this restauran.
