★ ★ ★ ★ ★ book at 11 a.m, arrived on time, but somehow got pushed to 3 p.m. Toyota, if u cannot accommodate the reservation hours, dont bother to take bookings. Please respect customer time. Early heads up will be kind enough.

Requested for test drive, "excuses" no slot and asked for appt for test drive.
No follow up thereafter.
Went to another Toyota showroom, just with a phone call, able to get test drive slot immediately same day!
