β β β β β This is no longer an official Toyota service center but an authorised dealer service center. Their charges for labour is ridiculously expensive for even the minor of service and their spare parts are easily three (3) times more expensive than outside even though it is the same original part. Don't get con by this executive customer service officer called Dinakaran Puspasagaram, he will bluff you that outside spare part are all non original and etc.
Aircon servicing is outsourced to another third party con man.
Tire servicing is also outsourced to another third party. Tire prices are 30% more expensive and they do not do a proper job on wheel alignment and balancing but they charge you full prices for job not done.
Do not ever bring your out of warranty Toyota cars into this place for servicing at all.

β β β β β Their service is very bad an unprofessional. I bought a Toyota CH-R in June 2018 and since I have paid the full amount together with GST, I am entitled to a GST refund.
However until today, 3 months later despite talking to the Person In Charge, I am still waiting for the refund. I have called up several times and even text the Person In Charge but I am always offered excuses after excuses. Today I am offered more excuses
So stay away from the bad experience I have....go elsewhere where commitment and services are more reasonable...choose wisely because Customer too have their rights
