β β β β β The service is excellent , environment is too much friendly for everyone, but staff charge everyone extra fee , they give receipt of 90RM for renewal of passport but they take RM100
Everyday more then 200 people visiting Embassy and they are charging extra money , it's clearly a corruption
Management should take action against counter staff in front room of embassy in main gate....

β β β β β What a wonderful service, applied for a family visit e-visa and got on next day. Even I chatted with them through WhatsApp. When u had a bad experience and then suddenly see this good service I am so happy and proud. Keep it up Pakistan embassy you need to a lot more. β β β β β Visit on 27/1/2022 for passport collection.
The management was very poor. 4 counter but only 1 counter is open. Lack of staff and management system. Should do ticket system for specific service. The chair was not fixed unbalance. Didn't put hand sanitizer during now covid time. Didn't have notice or update on Google about the operation time. Please improve on it.

β β β β β I was surprised as the building of the commission is 100 years old. The building has been marked as Heritage by the Malaysian Government.
Itβs Pakistan Embassy and we were proud to have visited it.
Very helpful staff and an awesome Ambassador.
