Came here to collect my passport but didnt manage to as I was told I can only collect on Friday as per schedule based on first letter of your surname. Those who are already there to collect passports need to wait outside until crowd inside are done. I guess you have to wait between 9am-4pm for your passport release. Good luck with the waiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's crowded most of the time. i can imagine the stress level the officers had to deal with the crowd on daily basis.
no ample parking space, highly recommended to use e-hailing taxis.
Went there for consular services.
it's recommended to visit their website first to ascertain on the procedure before going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff inside is very strict! if you want to ask something aand your turn is done. they will not entertain you or they will tell you your turn is done then for what need to ask something. also the process is very slow not so accomodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The embassy personnel especially in the Marriage registration section is rude and impatient. She also takes time to report to her window even if it is already 9.30 am which they promised to serve the people according to the time stated on their schedule. releasing time is in the morning but took very long to release it until almost 4 pm closing time how can this help the Filipino who are working and have their schedule too? why can’t the philippine embassy change and speed up a bit and be more efficient?

I only waited for few minutes, maybe because I have an appointment for Notarial services which you can book through their website. When my number was called, I was greeted by the staff and the process was very smooth and fast! Hope this is the same with other services at the Embassy and I hope they continue this kind of service.
