★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edited. Sorry if its not the right word. But im upset to given such advise from the expertise. Ok thanks for the advise to check with hp center rather than opening the laptop by myself or and i meant no offense to your shop. I search it online for its spec and its is as you said nvme and so. Wanting to be charged with something can be done online or so you say calling hp center i guess thats an option for me. I came to the expert for service and advice but just feel offended by it. Yes i did argue on the size because i dont understand it, i simply dont understand the explaination. Im the customer. Im not robbing the shop. Im asking and asking. And a sad one today. Wish you great day. Increase the star for you. Greatest shop ever.
