β β β β β Kena datang awal bangat ke sini sebab ramai orang. Alternatif lain boleh ke klinik 1malaysia atau gi jabatan pesakit luar pada waktu petang.
Why did you come here so early because so many people? Other alternatives may be to the 1Malaysia clinic or the outpatient department in the evening.

β β β β β Sekadar cadangan untuk penambahbaikan
1. Sistem kena upgrade. Klinik ni pakai sistem lama, so itu yang menyebabkan pelanggan tunggu lama. Tapi saya faham masalah ruang klinik yang kecil agak susah untuk buat arrangement.
2. Harapnya KK Hiliran ni dapat peruntukan dari kerajaan negeri untuk buat 1 klinik yang besar dan selesa. Klinik ni duduk di tengah bandar, so akan jadi tumpuan untuk orang datang terima rawatan pesakit luar, ataupun akan jadi tempat untuk follow up penyakit kronik walaupun pesakit duduk di luar kawasan - contohnya kuala nerus, marang, dan sebagainya, sebab kebanyakan mereka bekerja di bandar KT. So memang hari2 confirm akan crowded sebab orang akan datang beramai-ramai dengan macam2 masalah.
3. Ruang menunggu
Ruang menunggu yang sangat sempit berbanding klinik Chendering/Manir. Kadang2 pesakit terpaksa berdiri menunggu giliran berjumpa doktor. Masalah ini akan selesai jika klinik baru dibina.
4. Ruang parking yang terhad
Parking untuk staff sahaja dah penuh, apatah lagi pesakit.. Kalau tak bercadang untuk bina baru, mungkin boleh extendkan parking kawasan tepi bangunan tersebut.
5. Klinik ibu dan anak di Manir
Terlalu jauh untuk follow up check mengandung. Bayangkan duduk tengah bandar KT, terpaksa ke Manir semata2 check pregnant. Kalau tiada transport terpaksa sewa teksi/grab untuk ke klinik. Ada yang naik motor datang dari kawasan bandar untuk check mengandung. Kebanyakannya akan datang temujanji tapi kadang2 ada sesetengah pesakit terpaksa tidak datang temujanji sebab masalah transport/kewangan. Kesian pada ibu2 hamil ni, sampai bila terpaksa datang follow up jauh2 Wallahualam.
Mungkin JKNT perlu ambil kira untuk upgrade klinik ni supaya lebih selesa untuk ramai orang. Jika tidak sampai ke sudah terima complaint.
Just a suggestion for improvement
1. The system needs to be upgraded. This clinic uses the old system, so that's why customers wait a long time. But I understand the problem of small clinic space is quite difficult to make arrangements.
2. Hopefully KK Hiliran will get an allocation from the state government to build a large and comfortable clinic. The clinic is located in the center of the city, so it will be a focus for people to come to receive outpatient treatment, or it will be a place to follow up on chronic diseases even if patients sit outside the area - for example kuala nerus, marang, etc., because most of them work in the city. KT. So indeed the confirmed days will be crowded because people will come in large numbers with various problems.
3. Waiting room
Very narrow waiting area compared to Chendering/Manir clinic. Sometimes patients have to stand waiting for their turn to see a doctor. This problem will be solved if a new clinic is built.
4. Limited parking space
Parking for staff only is full, let alone patients .. If you do not plan to build a new one, it may be possible to extend the parking area next to the building.
5. Mother and child clinic in Manir
Too far for follow up check contains. Imagine sitting in the middle of KT town, having to go to Manir just to check pregnant. If there is no transport, you have to hire a taxi/grab to go to the clinic. Some motorcyclists come from urban areas to check for pregnancy. Most of them will come for appointments but sometimes some patients have to not come for appointments due to transportation/financial problems. Pity on these pregnant mothers, until they have to come to follow up far away Wallahualam.
Maybe JKNT should take into account to upgrade this clinic so that it is more comfortable for many people. If it does not arrive, you have received a complaint.
