★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perkhidmatan kureng memuaskan.. bermula dr tapisan yg buka awal?. Sistem masa yg menghadkan patient?, pendaftaran pun bagus, buka awal?. Tp kecacatan bila makmal mula call patient 8.10. Sepatutnya kalau step 1, step 2 buka awal, makmal pun perlu buka awal walaupun waktu kerja bermula jam 8?. Tggu nak ambik darah pun slow?. Sampai disini jam 7.45. Pentaftaran 8.06. Selesai jam 0955.. Overall ok la?...tp perlu dibaiki supaya patient tak tggu lama terutama warga emas..Lagipun patient dalam satu masa tak ramai..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff perempuan tudung labuh kat kaunter serahan sampel nak emo kenapa entah, gaduh dengan husband agaknya pagi tadi. Kita ni taktau proses nak mintak bekas untuk sampel, ketuk cermin nak tanya n mintak, staff ni duduk je kat tempat kerja, dengan cermin tertutup, tapi ada benda dia omel kan tapi tak dengar sebab jauh dan tertutup. Bila datang kali kedua, dia start emo lagi dan terus mintak borang untuk record…dah aku taktau proses terangkanlah elok elok, kalau dengan orang tua pon kau biadap macam ni ke puan tudung labuh kaunter serahan sampel
