โ โ โ โ โ Coming here every week to make body correction cz i have scoliosis, repetitive backpain and unbalance shoulder. Now my backpain is reduce already. My trainer is Vicky. She is helpful and attention to the details. She always help me to make the correct posture. Very recommended

โ โ โ โ โ Came here for correcting my bad posture due to prolonged working hours sitting in front of laptop. The instructor is very knowledgeable and know what can help me the best and even give me some suggestions on the stretching that I can do at home โค๏ธ. The ambience here is very good too. ?

I called them for feedback when i was have class with Mable i didn't like the rude and impatient teaching on last year and request for try another trial class with other instructor, but they said no.

โ โ โ โ โ I have a severe herniated disc problem and was afraid of trying out any exercises. Found Hills Pilates and consulted their inhouse physiotherapist to customise the exercises that fit my condition.
They have not only great instructors but friendly and accommodating, a clean and very nice studio too! They now have manicurist on site so you can do mani/pedi here.
