β β β β β I dont recommended this shop which i found on google, the girl that handling a shop such no experienced, product bought not as expected. Call the number really dont answered, after managed start conversation through whatsapp, product cannot be replaced or changed, but no terms & conditions stated at the shop even on the receipt itself!. Not professional at all. Wasting money & time!! No telephone or terms & conditions at the receipt!!
To answer your responed, at our first conversation said you are in a toilet, here you are saying - outdoor!!
Yes i opened the packaging after i tested and doesn't sparkle at all. Is your product is after valid date??? There are no manufacturing date at all.. How if it doesn't sparkle at all, or EXPLODE!!! ???
Should i follow up this case to KPDNKK? Since it doesn't have manufacturing date on the packaging and i'm afraid this shop is selling unvalid products.
I want to return because written in the packaging sparkle candle.. But doesn't spark at all.. I think u should answer with KPDNKK then..
