★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was servicing several car here since 2011, all good service agent already left several yrs back, all complaining toxic management problem. New service agent wages is lower than normal workshop and all is lack of common communication sense with customer, broken english and didn't bother to inform client when part is ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at this delership earlier than my 9am scheduled appointment time. The service advisor indicated that the service will take abt 3 hours. It’s 1019 am now and my car is still at the parking lot. When will it make its way to the service area? I don’t know. I’ll continue to wait and see. O bloody o blada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent the car for service this week (1 full week before the cny) but angpao packet is out of stock. The service centre should know how many cars they service per day before the cny and allocated with limitation accordingly kan. Bohsong but anyway the car is ok now. This is only acceptable unless u tell me u didn't print any angpao packets. And no need to call me to go collect yea. Let's try next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know I'm not the only customer you guys have. But for the love of god pls answer the phone. Getting an appointment from you guys is like calling your gf after getting into an argument. Call 10 times answer 0 times. I've been trying to get a hold of you guys for 2 weeks already and my car is currently overdue for service by 1300km.

Car toll back for checking but they have not check the car with the reply is settle all appointments then only handle your car. This is not service, I wouldn’t simply send my car in for seek of fun rite? You only serve service car how about emergency breakdown? This is so call premium brand but lousiest service and which you only good in selling but customer service is awful.
