โ โ โ โ โ I book for one night stay, the next day morning from 9am onwards I could hear loud noises outside room, they were hotel staff, making all kind of noises non stop, knocking people doors, talking loudly over the walkie talkie, and then around 11.30am they start to call my room phone, I didnโt answer, then one of them come and knock the door, ask whether I would like to extend or check out. It makes me feel like they are so afraid of I will not be checking out before 12pm. Never ever had I stay in this kind of hotel which disturbs its guests in such a way. How am I supposed to have good rest while your staff keep making noises and keep disturbing?

โ โ โ โ โ Very Poor WIFI and even poorer Customer Service!!
Booked a room with Queen size bed. Got one in Level 6, but it has NO WIFI SIGNAL AT ALL.
First, they tell me that manager just informed them that TM has problem - whole hotel cannot online. Then one technician showed up and say that some places have connectivity.
Then they asked me to change to another room, with ONE BAR of WIFI SIGNAL, with 2 twin beds, instead of one queen bed. I am not satisfied at all and ask for check out immediately. No Refund. Totally unacceptable way of handling customer's dissatisfaction.
The receptionist Mr. Iswaran is unwelcoming and puts up sour face all the time when facing customer. If you don't know how to smile, don't stand there at the hotel lobby!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Such a bad experience stay in this hotel, the bathroom so old, the shower has licking also the sink. I stay here for 1 night and then the receptionist call our room to inform that tomorrow there will be no electricity at the hotel in the next morning because of some fixing problem so, we must check out earlier in the morning i will not come to this hotel anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ My phone charger was missing in the hotel 3 months ago. The insincere management replace a used and unfit cable port to me as promised to replace a new one month ago. Since the cable is unfit to my hand phone, I returned it to the staff. Then I was told by the front desk manager that the management can not do anything as I am too demanding.!?!?!
Simply replace a unfit used set to guest, then be claimed by "too demanding " if you returned for right one.
This hotel is manage by insincere management and serve by unprofessional front line staff.
Good luck to the hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent hotel, affordable price and near to Shah Alam and Klang. Even though the hotel is old, the facility is still good. The only down side is, tv station is blur, air conditioning temperature and fan speed difficult to control and the room light too dim. Other than that, is worth the money.
