โ โ โ โ โ Budget hotel. Great price, good location. The hotel provides great communal facility eg:swimming pool, sauna etc (only opens from 7am to 7pm). However, the toilet in the room has a bad odour. Dirty carpet. Internet super slow. Tv channel connectivity was poor. Dim lighting.

โ โ โ โ โ Ok. The staffs were warm, welcoming and fast to react on request.
The rooms were ok and value for money.
Nonetheless, the hotel needs to improve more on general cleanliness, lighting as it is a bit underlit in the rooms and hall way, and of course cleaner pool as the water did turn green during our stay.
The hotel and location got bright potentials. But several slacks here and there makes patron wouldn't repeat for stay nor recommend for others.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor experience; shower tap is only super scaring hot and super scalding hot( or ice cold! No in between- mixer does not work. no face towels, only both towels. A/c only controls fan speed, cannot control temp at all. But itโs spacious, but a little dusty. And room is very dim. You get for what you pay, hint hint- itโs inexpensive.
Try at your risk, maybe your room will be lucky.

โ โ โ โ โ The room quite big. Very comfy and clean. But the corridor to your room from the lift quite scary because lack of lights. But overall are okay.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel is very nice. Good service, good facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Recommended place to stay in Klang. However the parking system for hotel's guest need to be improve. Guest need to walk to the parking post at the basement each time to go out for the complimentary parking.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst hotel that I've ever stayed.
I only booked it due to the nice location that's nearby the factories in Klang.
I booked 3 rooms (2 for 2 nights and 1 for a night) and 1 out of the 3 rooms is not cleaned. The bedsheet was messy and the towels are all over the ground. After getting another room, the blanked was just folded properly but the hair and perfume scent are all over the bed.
There was only a guy at the reception counter and he knows nothing after being asked about the cleaning service. He is a young student (in my assumption) and I did not want to get him upset about it.
Oh yea, you get lots of noises at night due to the club nearby and constructions on going. It will not be an easy night.
BAD SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT - would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Bad experience for my client and me whereby I felt really embarrassed to book this hotel.

1.No towel provided (towel is mandatory for hotel, they just provide small towel which i can consider the size as big as handkerchief)
2.Leftover food in fridge and bin ( im so WOW as soon i enter and see this, such teribble level of housekeeping, suggestion here, give the housekeeper to do list for each room, maybe they forgot)
3.Hair is anywhere in toilet (as expected before me make booking here, many review mention about this, you get long,short,curl,thin and much more hair type in toilet)
4.Basement parking is not safe ( FOR NIGHT!! for morning yes i agreed it was the best parking area, but i know very well how KLANG is)
5.Swimming pool is closed maybe due to covid-19, acceptable
6.Where is my complementary coffe and tea only have creamer 4 sachet?
(Again... please make to do list and make sure the housekeeper do it properly
Ok so far im comparing this with CRYSTAL CROWN at pandamaran, with just extra RM10, you get what 3 star hotel should have
Ok now is about good thing
1.OKAY level comfort for sleep
2. Cool aircond with creepy sound
3.OKAY level of receptionist experience ( can be more friendly and treat customer as guest atleast, not your school classmate)
Dear aliya hotel, if you read this, everything about your hotel is still acceptable but hygiene and housekeeping standard is ruining it, please do improve in this 2 aspect, i believe you guys can become 3 star hotel someday.

Booked through Hotel.com for a night stay here . Received email of booking confirmation . Done .
Arrived at the hotel , "Sorry Sir , we did not receive any confirmation/booking for your stay " . That was great right ?
I had to do walk in room for RM100/night with only cash payment method .
So , entering the room ,
- Doors can be opened without the card !!
- Dust everywhere and felt abondent for many years .
- Only 2 TV channels works on your 38" TV .
- Airconds takes 2 hours to see that it actually functions
- Best part , a giant cockroach was on my pillow wanted to share the bed with us .
Lucky the price did not include breakfast .
